In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkr889 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

pkr889 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pkr889 immediately via the support contact details provided on the Platform.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you, except to the extent that pkr889 has caused such activity through its own negligence or misconduct. pkr889 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and at our sole discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been compromised, misused, or is being operated in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Each user may hold only one Account on the pkr889 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

pkr889 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of your transaction.

The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the pkr889 Platform and are subject to change. pkr889 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr889 accepts no responsibility.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your Account, subject to the specific method's availability for withdrawals.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• pkr889 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of a withdrawal request pending completion of fraud, security, or compliance checks.

pkr889 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

pkr889 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pkr889 promotions unless otherwise stated:

Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available to users within the Platform.

General betting rules applicable across pkr889 sports betting markets:

• All odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the quoted odds are fixed unless the relevant market rules specify otherwise.
• pkr889 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that odds were published in error or were materially mispriced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr889 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at any stage of registration, verification, or Account management.
• Money Laundering: Using the pkr889 Platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or disguising the proceeds of criminal activity. pkr889 is legally obligated to report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to soft-play in poker or coordinated betting patterns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr889 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkr889 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities;
• Gambling losses, regardless of whether such losses arise from Platform errors, technical failures, or any other cause;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or delays caused by circumstances outside pkr889's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, pkr889's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by you into your pkr889 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit pkr889's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such arbitral body or courts for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending final resolution of a dispute.
